“The Penang Hills Railway” (1925) is key to understanding how to maintain and restore the Penang Hill funicular railway. It was purchased by Ric Francis in 2005 as part of the research for the book “Penang Trams, Trolleybuses & Railways: Municipal Transport History 1880s-1963” by Ric Francis & Colin Ganley.
